First Blog Post

These three paintings are currently en route to AWOL Gallery in Toronto for the 2011 Square Foot Show. The show runs in August. I'm pretty excited to have them there!

I currently live in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I am an admirer of all things beautiful, an absorber of creative ideology, and a rider of busses. I consume a bit more caffeine daily than may be considered adequate, and I prefer conversation and games of chess to television. On some days I run, on others I lounge. In all cases I make the most of my personal surroundings and adventures. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Mount Allison University. While there I focused on painting, animation and metal sculpture. I graduated in 2008 and have since enjoyed pursuing as many artistic endeavours as I can shake a paintstick at.
